(April 15th 2016 to Pres.) I am currently supporting an RPO working with Hewlett Packard/AT&T and the Dept. of the Navy (TS/SCI personnel). Strategically develop recruiting plans for clients, and develop retention programs to hire and maintain the best talent. Consulted with various clients on developing recruitment needs and implemented strategies to achieve hiring goals.
